Adding RAM to rig: Quick question on set-up

I'm considering adding another 512meg of ram to my rig. That would bring up to a tot. of 1024 + 512=1536meg. Will I have any issues(you think)with having 3 sticks of 512 on my mobo(3 ram slots max.)? I can't afford two 1gb sticks.

System specs are as follows:
Asus K8V Deluxe Soc. 754
AMD 3400+
2x512mb Kingston Hyper-X
BFG 6800 GT
74gb Raptor
420w Thermaltake psu and Case

You shouldn't have any problems with three sticks of Ram!
