There is a mainboard with 4 graphic cards attached, grouped to a pair of 2x2 by SLI bridges. Those images dont even remotely prove the existance of a quad sli system.

The CPU limitation on that system must be overwhelming, you would need an 8GHz processor just to power them to their needs.

Utterly pointless IMO.
