what CPU do you have and what temos are they @ idle & full load? look for a HS that's all copper. The Zalman you're looking @ has an all copper version. Thermalright xp90c is the top choice for HS upgrades.

        The top 3 are:
        1.Zalman 9500 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835118223) just came out
        2. Thermalright XP-90C
        3. Thermalright XP-120 (about same temps as 90c but much bigger in size)

Make sure to get some Arctic Silver 5 paste with whatever you get. It'll reduce your temps by a couple of degrees as well. I will warn you that most of these heatsinks will require you to remove your mobo (therefore disconnect everything) and remove the cpu retention bracket. Also you'll need to take off ur old heatsink and clean off the old paste, etc.
