If you can only use AGP, get the X850 XT PE.

Doesnt matter if it gets to the 6800 Ultra speeds, it won't perform as good because it has less pipes.

Yeah, i mean, even if you can get it to there, the 7 series has totally different core, so ya can't unlock pipes. I would say either a X850XTPE, a X800XL, 6800ultra, or the 6800GT. They are all great, the X800Xl and 6800GT arn't quite as good as the others, but they are like 100 bucks cheaper, then you could get some other stuff, or just save up.

Get 6800GT with your CPU it should run great depending on what PSU you have. I'm using a 6800GT in my amd 3000+ Barton setup and it's running fine (bottle necked due to the CPU), i'm upgrading the CPU soon to a amd 64 4000 venice and a Gigabyte motherboard, that should run my 6800GT great as well. :)

No such thing as a 4000+ venice.

Get a 4000 San Diego, that's what I hope to be getting pretty soon. If not, I'm goin with 3700 San Diego. Jimmy, once you get yours, let me know how much of a performance increase you have, b/c i think my CPU is bottlenecking my GTX...you have a higher 3d mark score than me.
