well like the title says i have to choose between those 2 cards which one will it be?

Well, I would not get the x600 I would probably purchase a 6800gt or x800xt. The prices on these cards are dropping and they are both excellent. IMO (please don't flame me ) I think the nvidia as of right now (besides the x1800 coming very soon) is better off, They do HDR better, you can see if you look at the lost coast benchies, But the x800 series is still a great card. But if I were you, I would purchase a 6800gt. It is a great card and cheap right now or just wait a litttle bit.

If it's the XT then the 6600XT over any X600's. If you're going with a 6800gt then I'd also look into the X800XL. If it's the vanilla 6600 the X600 might be a better choice.

dont get the x600, get the 6600, i think they can get high qual HDR on dod:s, the 6 series os better than the x600, cept for the vanilla 6600 like lcplsickoll said.

6600 for sure

8 pixel pipes compared to 4

make a big difference you need more than four pipes to play bf2 any higher than low

look into a 9800 pro similar to a 6600 but you can find them for lower prices

yeah point is my old compie got flamed (no im serious its burned) so the money intended for upgrading is now for buying a new one but looks like ill be going for the 6600, thanks for the votes and posts.
