Seems like it might be cheap considering its not very expensive at all. I don't know what to look for about monitors, all I look for is response time. It will be used for gaming, not really any other programs.

Looks pretty good specs, just dont know about rosewill and their quality, i suggest google reviews...!
The specs are greaat for gaming, i bought a Samsung 930b because of the 8ms response time and get no ghosting at all. It looks a pretty good buy to me...Comment

That is a great monitor. I know somebody who has it and they said it was awesome. It's at a great price I'm planning on picking one up. I suggest you get one or wait till Xmas, becuase I bet the prices will drop like crazy.
