There's no way to tell unless somebody's actually used them. Go to the store and ask to play a game on them, hopefully they'll be on display. You can also Google.com those models and read up gaming opinions. I have an LCD but it's neither of those models.

I forgot to ask, what is a good refresh rate for one of these things?
Anyway of "tweaking" them with video card settings?
