ASROCK Mobos are pretty good, just a smaller and lower spec'd ASUS board. The ULi chipset is also getting rave reviews as performance with AGP and PCI-E are no different than expensive AGP or PCI-E boards.

Go with the Venice/San Diago the latter is basically a Venice with 1MB L2 Cache.

Alright, last night I cringed and swallowed the 300 dollars for the Asrock board and 3500+ venice. Can't wait to put them in and get a fresh windows install. Also going to keep BF2 as the only major program on the windows drive.
