Video card and Mobo

Hey I heard that if you dont get the right motherboard for the video card or if you do get the right motherboard it can help your graphics... So right now i dont know what to think so am getthing a

-Motherbaord:AMD64 S939 ASUS A8N-SLI NF4 PCIE
and ...(SLI box....can improve something )
-Video Card:ASUS PCIE GF6 EN6800 256M TVO SLI BOX 6800

or get the

-Motherboard:AMD64 S939 ASUS A8N-E NF4 ULTRA PCIE
and
Video card:ASUS PCIE GF6 EN6800 256M TVO SLI BOX 6800

please tell me witch to go with or if both motherboards suck for this video card give me one thats great for it:)

THat's pretty expensive, newegg.com is way cheaper, the regular MSI one that you posted, i got for about 87 bucks including shipping. But i agree it's a great card, and DFI mobos are pretty kickass, but, they are a bit pricey.

Newegg doesn't ship to Canada in which the poster resides. AlsoI didn't write that so the prices wern't up to me.

hey but you guy's are sure that this card right here ASUS PCIE GF6 EN6800 256M TVO SLI BOX 6800 beats the Ati Radeon x800xl 256mb with graphics and shaders ?

Do you plan on going SLI? If so SLI would obviously be better. If you don't plan on it then don't waste the money.

If you're going Nvidia then buy an SLI board, if you go ATI then just a single PCI-E slot. I love Asus motherboards and use them exclusively, but MSI is another quality manufacturer. Don't use Asus video cards as they seem to have alot of problems, from what I've read. The X800XL and 6800GT are equal cards, purchase whatever you'd like. Price is generally what sways me and if you want SLI then you have to go with the 6800. The X800XL only edges ahead with AA on and at higher resolutions but not by much. Compare prices and then enjoy. Good Luck.
