Why the hell would they sell this card for over $800 dollars, when you don't even need the 512 mb of video ram. You could buy 2 78 GT's for this price. It's rediculous.

well i tested this card and it only offers 5fps over the original BFG 256mb edition

My view totaly pointless card!!!!

More vram has its' advantages but not to the average gamer. That's why there's so little of them. In fact eVGA just released a 512mb 6800GT last week.

You can save $100 by using newegg, but even at $700, the card is worthless right now. It isn't set up properly for any game on todays market to take advantage of it.

Well you see, most people think the more ram you have, the faster and better it will be. Not true. My card would out preform that card I would guess.

That's just silly... A single 7800GTX will tear that card a new one...
