Why the hell would they sell this card for over $800 dollars, when you don't even need the 512 mb of video ram. You could buy 2 78 GT's for this price. It's rediculous.

More vram has its' advantages but not to the average gamer. That's why there's so little of them. In fact eVGA just released a 512mb 6800GT last week.

You can save $100 by using newegg, but even at $700, the card is worthless right now. It isn't set up properly for any game on todays market to take advantage of it.
