can anyone tell me what the cheapest video card I can use to run BF2, my geForce MX420 doesnt seem to run it, but than again it is ancient.

well id perfer somewhere in the middle, im not looking to spend alot of money though. But, if a 150 dollar video card is only going to let me run it on Low Settings than im not going to return itComment

My guess is you have AGP. So....
This card will run BF2 on medium/low settings (depending upon the rest of your system specs)Comment

You need to post the rest of your system. If that Vid card came with the rest of your system as a packaged and balanced unit you'll need to upgrade just about everything before you'll see any real difference.
PS: For instance my system was horrible, I upgraded to 2GB Ram and a 6800GT and still am laggin badly behind others with the previously mentioned hardware because I am still sporting a P4 2Ghz
