LOL, I will bet you my house that youve gotten a virus, maybe it diding eat your hard drive but if you've run any antivirus program EVER and NEVER had it delete a virus you are JESUS.

Hey, just wanted to add that since you dont use Firefox (i dont either) you may want to check out Avant Browser. Its faster than firefox, has all the features of Firefox but doesnt have the disabilities firefox has. The best part is alll the features , the ones the average if not majority of people use are built in and dont have to be added by continuously updating and playing with plugins.
Not many people talk about AVANT but every time its been reviewed it gets 5 stars.

Its a secret.

I use internet expolorer and it works fine. I hate prgrams like this waste of space. I haven't had a virus since about 2 years ago I had a bad one but I did not know jack about computers.

LOL, common sense tells you the benefit of a RamDrive and the fact that Ive been using one for years tells me I dont need to read a review about it.

Been using one for years, havent had a virus or spyware infection since.

What I do is place my Internet cache on Ram Drive. That way it is impossible for you to get a virus (unless of course you download a .exe and run it).

I no longer bother with Antivirus or spyware programs, internet files no longer touch my hard drive. Not only that the pages snap to and fro like Im Alex getting the treatment in CWO.


It still amazes me that people dont use ram drives today, and Im even more amazed that it hasnt become the default method of surfing the internets.

I can show you where to get legit, non warez, free Ram drive that is NOT locked like the demo in article if youre interested.

I usually run 250 megs ram drive just for ie cache, I pump....I mean bump it up if Im surfing porn. just kidding, no really Im just kidding.

Wow you really know nothing about virus pretection...putting your caches on another RAM drive doesn't change a thing. You can embed maliscious code in a webpage, the cache can easily break that stupid little system you have there with a well coded line. Grats on your useless addition to your system. I'm waiting a few years for this to become worth it.

the i-ram costs 80 Euros for me (= 80$)
and I´m buying 2 gig ddr1 ram which is around 50~70$ on ebay

and thats pretty cheap

so I can add any game I want on the i-ram when I wanna play it (but mostly I´m buying it for BF2)

Besides, I dont go to warez site, porn password sites, serial and crack sites, I dont use bit torrent, and if Im downloading a file I use anti-virus.

I don't know about you, but for decent ram on newegg a 1 gig stick is 100 bucks so that's 400 for ram and 100 for the card there you go.

well you only need DDR1 RAM (which is already x times faster than any hdd), and ddr1 is pretty cheap

pc3200 is DDR400 and would be a waste on the i-ram. You would wanna ran DDR266 to get max performance out of it.It actually only runs DDR200 but i havent seen any 200mhz memory for sale anywhere.
