BIOS question

i got my parts yesterday, had alot of trouble installing XP, actavation crap, good thing i have two copies of it, legal copies...welll the putting togehter part was a sinch, now it might be a small thing, but the num lock key isnt on when i restart, i have it on the BIOS setting but i keep having to turn it on when its up and running any way to fix this?

and second, the BIOS has it so i can OC my cpu. i have 3200+ i wanna have it to 2.5 or what ever is good, what do i put it to?

I wouldn't trust the pre-configured overclocking options.
