2 monitors are always better than one.

    Thermaltake Aquarius (on)

    a peek inside....

    oooooo LEDs .... yum

Stock cooling gave me an idle temp of 42C, load temp of 52ish...
Watercooling gives me an idle temp of 29C, load temp of 40...... end of story

Lets see water inside of a computer. NO THANKS. Id rather stick to fans thank you. IVe heard horror stories of people who had water cooling and it leaked everywhere and shorted out their computers. This is my temps with a 80MM cpu fan and a 90MM exhaust.

Damage to their computer is nobody's fault but their own for not doing sufficient leak testing and/or due care when putting the system together. A properly designed/installed w/c system is no more dangerous than air-cooling. Not to mention they could have gotten non-conductive additive for their water, thus making the water non-conductive.

Re: new rig..... watercooling system INSTALLED

So long as you fill it with non-conductive coolant, which most people do, it should be fine. Thus "water cooling" is misleading, it should be called liquid cooling.

Why haven't you atleast over clocked it to 2.4 ghz, you do not even have to touch the cpu voltage. ( it will do this on stock cooling )

Yes, I believe you are correct. He is Professor Norton, with the correct grammar, and spelling. In modern terms, I have no life and just sit on a computer and read about computer specs all day long instead of going out to play football with play catch by myself.

Watercooling gives far better results than fans, it's just that it's harder to install, if you get leaks and water spills on your computer well you were probably just being careless with it.

Also yes you don't have to have water - any reasonably non-condictive liquid is ok, I dont see any problem using coke instead of water
