Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
The one that Eddy01741 linked is a very good option. It'll definitely provide you with ample power. Eddy powersupplies work on that magic smoke. Once the magic smoke escapes they don't work anymore. I hate the smell of magic smoke.
Well, that would explain the odd scent. It's not my normal scent of that bug that burnt on my 300 watt standing lamp, or when i accidentally don't turn off the stove when i boil rice. It was an odd smell, it smelled worse than the burning of rice or etc.
lol "magic smoke". Good way to describe it. It smells like ass when they blow. I had one go on my from my oldest computer and man it stunk the entire house up!
those antec look great but will it last $70 isnt much...i finaly have a job lol
That's not enough to keep your comp up with SLi. 18 amps on a single +12v won't be good for SLi. Antec and OCZ are probably the most trusted brands in power supplies, so i think they will last. I haven't heard any stories of Antec PSUs breaking down.
i guess ill order the antec when i order the first 7800gt and another gig of memory, thanks...which exact antec would be great?
Um, the one i'm getting in a previous post is great. Or anything from another post i made that's at least 450 watts. Get from either the Truepower 2.0, Smartpower 2.0, the Neopower, or the Phantom lineups from Antec. THey all have dual +12v rails. The most quiet one is this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817103926
It's a bit pricey, but again, it is 500 watts and it has fanless cooling. The most powerful from Antec that i know of is this:
We’re sorry, but this page does not existing. Please visit our home page for more information.
It has an insane dual +12v amp rating. Plus, it comes with a control for up to 4 case fans. So thats real powerful. For a nice cheap deal the one i'm getting is always a great deal, 500 watts for 70 bucks, plus the +12v ratings are all nice and high.
EDIT: and the link you edited in to a powersupply is great. LIke i said on a previous post, that's the one i'm getting. It definetly should be sufficent.
I just got my 480w neopower Antec and well it looks nice :) and I have had no problems yet.
Well, i doubt you will have any problems with it. It definetly should be adequate for your system. And the good thing about your neopower is that there's less cable mess. I believe there's extra cable connectors on the PSU, so you don't have to connect all the cables. Good luck with your new PSU.
i was hoping to get my parts by tomarrow, but there arent in the local fedex station yet ...cant wait to get my 7800gt and own even harder on bf2 lol...thanks for the help guys
