Just want to know - can I overclock my 6800 GT @ Ultra with the original cooling system? Also, can I overclock the 3200+ @ 3500+ without getting a overheating problem?

Have a look on www.tomshardware.com and www.anandtech.com for proper hardware comparisons.

Defo go for 2GB if you stretch. Recommend an Audigy 2ZS too.

Could I run BF2 with +60 fps on high settings?
I have exactly the same but with 2 gig ram. Its awesome. Play everything on high. Very smooth. I would scrounge up some more bucks and get that 2 gig and your system will be tight in my opinion. Good luck.

This is dependent on too many factors. If you're overclocking you should absolutely use an aftermarket fan for both the processor and GPU. You'll get better results and run less risk than with stock cooling.

Heyyyy...Would it be good trade if I'd give 140€ for AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Processor.
                          (Winchester, Socket 939, 0.09u, 1.4v, 2.2Mhz)

Is that a good one or bad?

That's a good processor, but i'm not good with converting to US dolars so I have no idea how much that is.

I'm wondering that Winchester...is it bad compared to the Venice version? Or should I get a 3200+ boxed Venice instead?

I have a 3000 Winchester that I used to use and liked it. I upgraded because that's what I do, but it's not "bad" compared to the Venice. It's a good chip and will perform very well for you.
