Not sure about your price range, but I'll be purchasing a cooler master stacker (along with the extra components) within the next few months. It's a rather expensive setup, but in return, you get a lot of room to work with and ample cooling for all components.

Stacker's a great case but damn it's overload. If you won't have a crapload of components (4 HDDs, 3 Optical drives, 2 vid cards, good cpu) it's almost pointless. It's steel and it ways 40 POUNDS without anything in there. So even more once u add all the heavy stuff like PSUs and all the components. It has great air flow but a crapload of fans and it won't be quiet. If you want to cool your components, 30 fans is not the answer, liquid cooling is.

The stacker is fine, as it is QUIET. Heavy? Go freaking work out! I have no problem carrying a steel case, as I am looking into a antec P180 or stacker myself. Sides, a little work out does help a guy pick up girls =P

But, if you are gonna only have a few components, grab a smaller case. If you plan to be OCing, Watercooling, or just have a ****load of hard drives, the higher-end cases are perfect.

Umm... who said anything about not being able to lift it. If you LAN a lot... stacker's not for you. You wanna cary a 50 pound case + 20 pound monitor (at least). I'm trying to make a point that if you don't have a huge system, the stacker's not for you. If you move your case around a lot, the stacker's not for you. And by the way, I worked in a warehouse before... so I carried much more heavy things than you did.

Id recommend the thermaltake kandalf super tower. I bought it specifically for its excellent airflow and space.

There is just so much room in this case and has excellent fan configurations.

i have it for 2 of my computers, and it makes upgrading/changing stuff out so easy since you dont need screws for anything except the motherboard (As i recall) everything else just slides in and out with the tooless installation things they include. it has plenty of space, i have 3 hard drives and 3 cd drives plus a fan controller in it and it isnt cramped. It also comes with 7 fans AND filters for them, which help an amazing amount at keeping the dust out. and you can just pull out the filters run them under the sink for a few seconds let them dry and throw them back in.its heavy though because its made of steel (except the front panel which is aluminum (but i like the steel because it cuts down the noise of my 92mm vantec tornado on my processor)

the power supply is actually good if you need one, if not you can get it without the power supply for about $30 cheaper(as i recall).

yep the xaser iii was my old computers case. Very good! the dust filters are great to but have to be cleaned out regulary. I found all the fans to be a bit of a nuisane with the wires but its not to bad. I had xaser iii for 2 years and served me well, but my new thermaltake kandalf is better, as airflow is simpler and more efficient theres loads more room to work around and its a lot more customisable.

But both id recommend!

and yes both being tooless is amazing, makes building computer that bit more easier and straight forward! and thats why i love thermaltake!

Akasa Eclipse - I use one and it's perfect. I run two water cooling loops and still have plenty of space. The box is about 3" wider than a normal midi tower and slightly longer.

Plenty of room, removable tray and two 120mm fan mounts.
