2-6800gt(the best with video performence)
3-9800 pro( pretty good video performence)
4-9600 (cheap but good)
5-9550 ( can handle it and very cheap)

Um, here: this is for PCI-e by the way:

1. 7800GTX, it owns all cards by far.
2. 7800GT, it's the second best
3. X850XTPE
4. X850XT
5. 6800Ultra

Those are probably the best cards available now.

Well, true as well, my two brands for nVIdia cards are eVga and BFG, EVGA s like the oficial maker of nvidia cards. For ATI, i trust MSI, Powercolor, and ATi itself.

The Nvidia 6800gt can be flashed to the Ultra.
Need to find the link that explained it but have a buddy that did this shortly after I bought my plain 6800

Well, it's not flashed, generally when we say flashed in GPU meanings, that means unlocking pipelines, aka softmodding it. BUt of course you can overclock it to an ultra, but keep in mind, the Ultra can also be overclocked even more. I basically have my vid card at ultra speeds and it's the equivelent to the nvidia 6800GT, it's above on the core clock, but a tiny bit behind on memory clock, bt overall, that's about ultra speeds.
