    Computer Help

    Hey guys,

My friend is looking to upgrad his computer. His stats right now is an AMD Sempron 2500+, Radeon 9250 128MB, 512MB SDRAM. He wants his computer to be able to play Bf2 atleast on low setting so what should he get?

    Thanks!

      Re: Computer Help

Tell him to get a socket 939 motherboard with a Venice core AMD Athlon 64 3000+.
Tell him to upgrade his RAM to 1GB.
Tell him to get at least a Geforce 6600GT.
      There you go :)

If he isn't on a tight budget, go with snake's suggestion.

If he can only afford one thing at a time, get a 6600GT or > right now.

SDRAM is killing him. Get him an AMD system with 939 and PCI-Express. Anything else would be a waste of money, IMO.
