Sorry, this is off topic, but you have to still remember that it could be worse. Gas tax in some european countries are much higher than the US.

just to let everyone know, with another gig of ram and clearing the cache manualy the game doesn't chop with everything rammed up to the max, except for draw distance which I left at 90%... I'll try it at 100 and see what happens!

What you should try is the following:

1) Update punkbuster

2) Make sure all your motherboard drivers are installed

3) Set your Sound Acceleration to BASIC:

Hit Start > run
Type in dxdiag
Hit the Sound Tab
There's a meter at the bottom, set it to BASIC.

This fixed all my choppy problems, and game crashing.

yeah you guys did, he was totaly right all along. After I dropped another gig in the game ran like forest gump with everything MAXED.
