Is it worth upgrading my graphics card

I got a Nividia Geforce 5500 128mb ddr grphics card to a Radeon x700 256mb. Can get one fo £80 ($130) just not sure if it worth my money

I think you would see a good improvement but i have never used either so not 100% sure

save mroe money for a better card. i have the x700 pro and its doing me reallly good right now but not good enough

You should do do that yes definately, but i'd go for a new card called the X800GT, runs for pretty cheap, 256MB 256bit, faster than 6600GT, you'd be very happy with it.

it would be a big improvement, but if I whee you, look on ebey, for a used X800 , you find those for 120$

Get a 6600GT.

x700 are alright for the price, but 6600GT would do you MUCH better.

Or a 6800 128mb, (£110 from www.overclockers.co.uk )

Spend the extra 50 bucks and get the x800xl . X700 8 pipelines...x800 16 pipelines.

Then again...we dont' know what your specs are.
