      Does it require a molex?

        Re: audigy 2 zs help

The bay does require a small one, like a floppy drive molex, correct!

What I meant is the full size bay that both You and I have needs to get power from teh PSU via a small molex connector, the kind used for floppy drives. Do You have one of those plugged in as well?

                Re: audigy 2 zs help

You have the Audigy2 ZS Platinum edition, just fyi. There is a difference for future reference. Audigy2 ZS does not have any bay drives, just the card.

Hopefully its just the molex. Does the card show up in your Hardware Device Manager? Also if you have onboard sound disable that in your BIOs. And make sure Windows has the Audigy2 selected as the default device for all Audio/Voice settings.
