3DMARK 2005 score problems!

When I got my 6800LE and opened 3/4 pips (one is defactive) and OCed it, I got 4240 points.
That was like 3 weeks from now.
A few days ago I flashed my XFX 6800LE into XFX6800NU card and the score came down to 3500 points! I have to mention that the pipes were opened and even higher OC was made before testing.
So after endless tries, I returened to LE bios and got 4000...
So what I want to ask is, where are my 240 points?!

SOmetimes when you OC or flash pipes too much they do'nt produce good frames anymore. You gotta know the limit. Maybe you turned on AA or AF, if so turn it off. Overheating that may come from OCing also negates good FPS.

Benchmarks can vary everytime you do them. I bet if you run it tomorrow, you'd get something difference. Consider yourself lucky, my maching only got a 2600.
