there really isnt much of a diff besides the GHz so is wirth like the 50 bucks to go from the 3000 to the 3200

.2GHz is not much of a big difference. Thats why i bought a 3GHz and not a 3.2. In all honestly I would say buy a better one than those 2. Get a 3GHz.

Don't go by clock frequency when talking AMD processors, go by the rating of the processor, in this case 3200 Vs. 3000.
AMD processors do 9 operations per cycle whereas Intel processors do 6.

No, however the equivalent of an Intel 3.0GHz processor would be the AMD64 3000+

Do you even know what you're talking about? AMD clock speeds are diffrent than intel. A AMD @ 1.8Ghz is about equal to a P4 @ 3.0 Ghz.

Anyway, those are both s754, avoid those and go with a s939 processor.
