Um, ok, it will run at about medium at 1280x960, which is pretty good, but if you want more performance, take out the sound card (not really needed, i run sound on medium with onboard) then you could get a better video card, since your sound card is like 70 bucks, take it away and add it to vid card spending, preferably a X800Pro, 6800GT, or a X800XL. the 6800GT and the X800XL are better than the X800 Pro, but more expensive. Or you could just get the X800 vanilla 256mb card for around 200 bucks. But that's a good setupi got my setup for 934 bucks, it's great, runs BF2 max settings with 6xtemporal anti-aliasing, and 1280x960.

Get a better PSU. I rather scarp the Audigy card and grab a nice PSU. Why? The PSU and Motherboard are the *MOST* important things that need to be high quality. Its like the gas you put into cars - it would be just silly to use regular fuel on a sports car like a mustang or nissan skyline. For PSU esp, quality power is critical; if the power that goes through every part in your system ****s up just once, you can kiss the system goodbye.

X800GT? Is it that vid card that competes with the 6600 GT?

I agree with Umi for most of that, I would however recommend the Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe for your motherboard. Since you will be getting a Venice core CPU, you would really enjoy the flexability and stability of this board. My second choice would have to be the DFI Lan Party nForce4 SLI, very simular in capabilities, better design, LOUD COLORS!
