For video card overclocking you need to download a program to do it. I think it is Riva Tuner for nvidia and ATItool (or Omega Drivers) for ATI. But i could be wrong, someone could correct me.

As for the bios you might need to increase your voltage the the video card which can sometimes be done in the bios. You could also voltage mod your card, just look online for voltage modding.
Also in the bios you can overclock your processor by increasing the system clock (Front Side Bus). Just do a search for "overclocking guide" and you'll be able to see everything you need to do.

Look at his sig, he got a X700Pro, anyways, use ATi tool, google it. Under settings, yu can get to temp control, you can set up a chart that constantly monitors your temps, and you can overclock it fromthere, just make a new profile for the overclock you're putting it to, and then push up the slider a bit, and press set clock, then press save to save it to the profile, i have a couple of profiles for different uses, i have to put it down a bit for BF2 cause BF2 ain't OC friendly.

For ATI cards you can use ATI Tool or Radlinker. Not sure what to use for nVidia. If you use the Omega drivers it automatically installs ATI Tool. But if you're using the CCC, I would recommend using Rage3D instead of ATI Tool or Radlinker because it is a much safer and easier addon to use.

Plus, if any of you use ATI Tool it doesn't save your overclock settings when you reboot right? Rage3D does.

Riva tuner for NVidia cards, but, what's all this got to do with CPU temps?

yeah ATI tool is the best cause u can override the fan controll and keep it nice and cool. and automaticly overclock it for u. but ill tell u know if u got the X700 pro u can overclock it to 460 core clock. and 505 memory clock. and u can keep ur temps nicly at 47 celiuc when playing.
