Video Card Decisions

I have posted so many times in this forum about what i need to buy for my next video card but thankfully i only have 2 days until i have to order my new video card. By Monday i need to decide on a video card for my PC.

System Specs
3.4Ghz Intel
1024 Ram (2X 512MB)
Cable Internet
300PSU (Came with PC which is from Dell, so the PSU isnt that great I imagine)
PCI Express Motherboard (With Built in Sound)

I have 200 American Dollars to spend not including Tax+Shipping.

I have been taking a look at the ATI range, because i have heard that you do not need as high a psu for ATI compared to NVIDIA.

I have looked at the X800GT, X800, 6800, 6600GT

Thank you for helping me with these choices. And hopefully this will be the last thread about Video Cards for me. Feel free to give different recomendations then what i have listed, but i can only spend a maximum of 200$, unfortunately i cant save up or anything. On another note whats the difference between the X800GT and the X800 256MB?

I only have a 300 PSU thats a DELL Brand one, will that 6800 run with it?

It's less than 5fps faster, hardly worth mentioning at all. What is worth mentioning though is the pricing of this card compared to the 6800 vanilla. That makes it a very worthy competitor.

I'd still opt for the 6800 vanilla though, as you just might be able to unlock all 16 pipelines.

When it comes to video cards, always go with the one that has the most pipelines.

Throw out the 128MB cards and that makes your choices easier. Then when you compare the remaining two cards - the regular X800 is the clear winner with its 12 pipelines.

Will the 6800 be power hungry, becasue if i have a 300WAT powersupply and it dont work well with the 6800, im kinda screwed. The x800 256MB, should run better with my craptastic PSU correct? Becasue its has lower speeds?

It should also be noted that i want whatever card i buy to last atleast until spring-summer. Im a poor no working kid, so money is short.

Ya but with shipping it goes up 15 dollars, plus id expect id would have to upgrade my crappy psu to get that running in my pc. I gotta say though thats a great deal.

On neweggwith shipping price goes up 4 dollars.

If i get the X800 256MB (Not the GT) How much money would i need to spend to overclock(unlock all 12 pipelines). Keep in mind i have the crappy 300W PSU, so would i also have to upgrade that at some point in the future, if i ever tried to overclock? By unlocking all 12 pipelines, how much of a performance boost would i get, for example, i wanna be able to play Unreal Torunament 2007 when it comes out, and not on low settings will overclocking the x800 accomplish this. (I now thats alot of guess work with 2007 in all)
