Difference between these two motherboards?

Could someone help me understand the differences between these two Epox boards? I can see the differences I just don't know what they mean practically.

one uses nForce4 and another uses nForce4 Ultra chipset on the northbridge. I think the ultra has a few more features like dual gigabyte lan and Sata2 but i'm not sure. Google them.

here http://www.nvidia.com/page/mobo.html it appears that ultra lets you overclock the PC through windows while the other one does not

The Ultra has SATA-II support and IEEE1394 (Firewire) connections.

SATA-II (SATA-300) support: Lets you use the latest SATA-II hard disks to their full potential. No difference if you have a normal SATA-150 drive to use on this rig.

Firewire: Lets you connect up your digital video camera to transfer video to your pc (to then burn on DVD or something), connect up Firewire external hard disk etc. No difference if you don't plan on using digital video. You can always get a plugin PCI card if you want Firewire later on.
