It will work but it will run low only.

Theres no piont of the 256mb on that card. It will lag to much on high resolution.

Get a vanilla 6600 or 6800 or even better a 6600GT.

if that card is all you can afford then it will work, not with any eye-candy though. What is your budget for a new card? I'd recommend at minimum a 6600 (get a 660GT if possible), and preferably get a 6800NU.
