MWAVE - poor customer service

mwave has good prices, but you better make sure you know what you are getting and dont need too much assistance. otherwise their customer service personnel can give you some grief. they also do local pick up if you want to save money there too.

Yeah, they are 2 of the best. I'd take Newegg first, only because of a virtual "no-questions-asked" RMA policy regarding DOA parts. ZipZoomFly is just as good though, and you can get parts a bit quicker because Zip has free 2-day shipping on almost everything, where Newegg is 3-day Fedex select.

I primarily purchase at newegg, but I have purchased from zzf and mwave.

All of those companies have been flawless for me and Ive done thousands of dollars of business with each of them.

Zzf may have free 2nd day, but they arent faster than neweggs 3 day. Newegg ships almost every order the same day its placed, zzf almost always ships the day after its placed. Both packages usualy arrive the same day if ordered at the same time in my experience.

Years ago when I was building my PC I purchased almost exclusivelly from them. No problems at all, never had to do a return. Last year I purchased RAM and a DVD burner from them.
They are a great company

mwave has reasonable prices, doesn't misrepresent their products and handles returns, DOAs and other customer service issues with speed and professionalism.


Remember that one shoudl judge a retailer not based on what happens when they get it right but how they conduct themselves when they screw up. Any monkey can put product they have in a box and ship it but it takes a professional organization to make things right when they go wrong.

I would not hesitate to buy from Mwave.

Having said that, I usually go with NewEgg first. But between the 2, you can't go wrong.
