You are going to have to upgrade both at the same time. If you upgrade your cpu you will need to buy a new motherboard and ram because your ram will be so slow (and quite possibly still SDRAM not DDR) and a new cpu wont fit your currnent mobo. Even if it is DDR ram, that ram wont cut it with the new processors around. Aslo I would suggest not upgrading to an AGP based system as AGP is quickly becoming old technology so upgrading an AGP machine will become difficult. Try and get a PCI-E system however it does require a new graphics card, but looking at the rest of your sytem you need a new one anyway

Considering that your current proc is only 1.15GHz, I would assume that all the other components in your system would need upgrading before you invest in any 1 piece of hardware.

Ok, you're going to need a new mobo, and since you have an AGP Vid card, you have to get a AGP mobo, the upgrade of processor and mobo wil cost about 250 bucks at least, and i'm guessing you also need a new power supply, cause i doubt they had over 300 watt power supplies back then, and you have to check the mobo form factor, the two main current ones are ATX, and Micro ATX, if your computer doesn't fit that kinda mobo form factor, you're doomed, get a new comp, how bout you just build a totally new computer with a AGP mobo, then put in your graphics cards.
