Lookin to buy SLi MoBo..

I don't really know anything about motherboards, so any help would be appreciated. For christmas, I would like to upgrade to an SLi setup, but all I want to change in my system is the Motherboard. Then I'm going to buy another 6800 Ultra and run those in SLi. Would this motherboard be any good?

Why would you get a Socket 754? Is your Athlon64 754? I looked on newegg and I can't find an Athlon64 in a Socket 754. I would guess your processor is a socket 939, in which case the Asus AN8-SLI Deluxe is a great board.

Seems like there are alot of problems with that board, from reading reviews. I've heard DFI are really good, so I'd prefer that over Asus.

No, the DFI is the best NF4 board on the market, you hit it right on the ball.

Not only is it the best overclocker, but it gets better fps in most games than other boards.

v.card gv-3di-- two 6600gt.s on 1 card

I have yet to play through one full game with out it crashing one way or a nother I have taken it in to get looked at because I want to beet it with a bat
I just got it back for the second time I had hy hopes they said the power supply was falty it did not show in any tests but after swaping ps. over it stoped crashing. it has not stoped for me sill can't play this ****ing game
