HDD Question

i have a Raptor 10,000 RPM SATA-150 hd. i am running on an ASUS A8N-SLI and i installed this SATA drive via the first port for the nvidia sata controller.

my questions are as such...

1) Do you have to install any drivers for the hard drive to make it work at the correct speed? No, it's not in RAID

2) If i get another raptor in RAID 0, will there be a drastic load time decrease?

i am pretty sure it is running at 10k RPMs but i just want to make sure i didnt have to install any drivers, because i heard before that people had to install drivers for their raptors to work in their computers.

2) Raid 0 does not improve load time, but the decrease is very slim.

Also to my knowledge there are only two Raptors, 74, and 36 gb versions.
What is this 150 you speak of?
