i hear some of you report that your card is running at 50, to as much as 100 frames per second. how do you find out this number.is there some way to view this rate thanks---majsmt

Press the key with the ~ symbol on it. It's usually to the left of 1. The console will pop up and you then type "renderer.drawfps 1"
That'll give you the FPS.

what are some figures such what does the average card produce give me the low no.s that are acceptable and what is considered to be good or on the high side with better cards. thank you---majsmt--

Bad/Unplayable Frames Per Second: 0-20
Bad/Slightly playable Frames Per Second: 20-30
Playable/Acceptable Frames Per Second: 30-50
Smooth/Excellent Frames Per Second: 50+
This may not be correct, but it's just my personal estimate. I'm for sure that anything at or below 20 FPS is pretty bad.

i think the left number is your frames per second and the right number is your ping
