Not more then 1024*768 ??

Hi people,

I'm running BF 2 on a

Intell 3.0 ghz
2 GB 400hz Ram
single 128 mb Geforce 6600 GT (agp)

Any tips on getting the best out of the game (video options i mean - i have no clue about what antialising and stuff like that are..)
And..please..someone explain why i cannot go over 1028*768 resolution or what i should do help that??
(screen : Sony 17" flat screen)

Go to your desktop, right click on the shortcut icon for Battlefield 2.

Press Properties.

For Shortcut, it should look something like this:
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1

Add this to the end: +szx 1024 +szy 768

So it looks something like this:
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1024 +szy 768

Change the sizes to whatever you wish, 1280x1024 would probably be preferable.

What GameWizard suggests works. I run mine at 1280x1024@75hz on a Samsung 19" LCD. Be sure to pic a resolution that works with your monitor's DPI for the most crisp results.
