    Can I get any better...

    settings than all medium?

    AMd Athlon 64 3000+
    1 gig ram
    Asus Deluxe A8V-E
    6600GT Pci 16x 128mb

What can I run on high?

Test it out. Turn each field to high one at a time and test between each adjustment using "renderer.drawfps 1" and see what you can have on high until the fps drops too low. I'd say you can't have lighting or shadows on high but maybe textures.

Only you can tell us as it will differ for each machine. As lcplsickoll said, you just have to test. You should be able to run the less demanding things on high, like textures and possibly geometries. However things like Dynamic Lighting, and Dynamic Shadows, are much more hard on video cards.

I have almost the exact same specs as you, here is what I run at:

        VideoSettings.setTerrainQuality 3
        VideoSettings.setGeometryQuality 3
        VideoSettings.setLightingQuality 2
        VideoSettings.setDynamicLightingQuality 0
        VideoSettings.setDynamicShadowsQuality 0
        VideoSettings.setEffectsQuality 3
        VideoSettings.setTextureQuality 2
        VideoSettings.setTextureFilteringQuality 3
        VideoSettings.setResolution 1280x960@60Hz
        VideoSettings.setAntialiasing Off
        VideoSettings.setViewDistanceScale 1
        VideoSettings.setVideoOptionScheme 3

            This is what I got:

            Anti Alaising 2x
            1280x860 60Hz
            View Distance 92%
I may do some more changes, like Phatal and Jimmy did.

Also, When I did those changes my FPS is about 70/15. Is that good?

Thanks for the help :) .

If you change anything, don't let it be your draw distance. Keep it at 100% and find a way to work around it. It's crucial to be able to see everything around you so you can hit them.

The only difference with my rig is that I have an AGP 6800. I run on the custom "high" setting with dynamic lighting/shadows on medium and the resolution at 1024x768@75Hz. AA on 2x. Runs like a dream ever since I put in that athlon. Thanks to jimmy norton for recommending it to me
