Joystick problems

Ok I have had a logitech extreme 3d pro x3d for a while and just recently installed it again. It seems to work outside of playing the game. The odd thing is, when I go to change my controls for flying it recognizes my joystick but in actual flying it doesnt work. I have all the latest software for it as I downloaded it today but its being a pain. Anybody have any clues?

I'm will assume you saved the settings correctly.....

If nothing else, try a binding programs, most joysticks come with one.

Problem solved the game didnt save the settings after I hit apply. I tried it again and it worked. Thanks
