Having A Big Tech Problem, Help mE PLz!!

Okay, this is my problem and setup. I downloaded the demo to see how well my pc could play it. When I get into the actual game and start playing, every 5 or so seconds, it lag for about 4 seconds. Say I'm in a jet and I am flying perfectly straight, it lags and i end up splattered all of gulf of oman I have a Amd 3200+ processor,1 gig of ram, ATI radeon x700 pro graphics card and Windows xp home. BTW, i put the settings on low makes no difference. Please tell em how to fix this.

How much ram on the vid card?

yeh its a bug in the demo the full game has some patches that have fixed that problem i think.
