    Memory Question

OK guys...big debate here in my head I just got a brand new mobo with amd 64 processor and it runs like a beast :) I am looking to get new memory now. I have 1GB total right now with 2 512 MB sticks. One is DDR333 and the other is DDR266 so that is what the computer is running at right now. BTW, it is running in dual channel with that. But anyways...I am going to get some new memory soon. Should I just go with a pack of 2 512MB DDR400 sticks and replace the old ones?

At the very LEAST go with 2x 512's at DDR400. With your setup right now, you aren't even in dual channel, because of the different RAM speeds. If possible tho, spring for 2 1Gigi sticks,

      I would recommend these:

The ultra low CAS timings are great for gaming. You may even have to configure the motherboard manually as it maynot set them low enough. 2-2-2-5 is the best timings out there right now, and Corsair is premium memory, and a great, great, great company.

I am now looking to get this:

My only concern: what is the voltage as my motherboard says it can only use up to 2.5 volts

EDIT: I looked on the Corsair site and it said that the XMS 1024-3200 has been tested at 2.5-3-3-6 on AMD boards :)

volate should be 1.8v or lower. My DDR2-5400 (625mhz or some rediculous speed) uses 1.8volts.
