    Is this a good comp?

I'm not much of a tech person so I was wondering, what do you guys think of this?

AMD3400+ (64 bit processors) built on MSI K8T NEO boards with 800FSB, 512 MB of PC3200 DDR400 RAM, 5900 series Nvidia video card (AGP 8X with 128MB DDR),

It's a great start. I'd get 2x512 or PC3200, and a 6600gt or 6800GT video card if you're going with Nvidia. The processor and Motherboard are great platforms

I agree, I would put more emphasis on upgrading the v-card over the ram though. If you have the resources to upgrade both then your sitting pretty.

If you're looking to build yourself, shoot me a PM or contact me on AIM/MSN (the little icons in the upper right corner of my post). I will gladly help.

Absolutely, memory is a much cheaper upgrade later. Invest in a good video card now.
