yea i plan on overclocking a 3500+ processor to like 2.8 or something like that on stock if possible and oc'ing my 7800GTX for $hits n giggles.

people find a way to make a problem out of everything. how can you fight over how a motherboard looks. i like ASUS, but some dfi boards glow in the dark. thats pretty cool. im not gonna call a motherboard ugly because im not looking forward to going out with one anytime soon. if anything id go out with a processer

DFI is the way to go if you want to overclock, awsome board... but use it at your own risk.

IMO for a gaming rig I would go with asus.. 100% stability. If you want to take the risk, or build a benching rig, go with DFI. Im not saying those DFI lanparty board are bad, hell no.. but you can end up with a very frustrating issue... the famous cold boot. Do a search and see...

I guess ASus is the winner but I still have a lil hunch because they say that DFI is better for oc's but not stable. I want a stable mobo and able to oc. what u guys think
