I had the latest Nvidia ones but heard that the Omega drivers were better so i installed them.
When booting up BF2 i get an 'older driver' message now and at a glance i would say that the performance is choppier as well.
Considering heading back to the latest Nvidia drivers but thought id check to see what anyone else with the same card recommends.
Surprised that the Omegas werent that great, with my older ATI card the difference between them and the ATI drivers was much larger.
If theres any tweaking guides for BF2 that actually have some usefull tips please let me know as well. Even with my system specs
AMD XP3200+
1GB Ram
Nvidia 600GT video
and im running the game in 1024x768, just about everything on low with 2xAA and still get stuttering and pauses when i do things like turn around to an area with large buildings etc
gotta say, it must be just my rig, but going from my old card which was an ATI9600XT to the Nvidia 6600GT, there doesnt appear to be a great deal of difference to my BF2 framerate at all
