As for the hard drive that depends on what your looking for. For speed you can get a 10,000rpm western digital raptor, but they are relatively expensive compared to most other hard drives. Otherwise you can just see what newegg has to offer for a good price and pick up a good 7200rpm sata drive.

Good cheap case I used to build a friends system. Looks like a mercedes grille, kinda cool actualy. Power supply was garbage. I put the little a64 case decal that came with my a64 below the chrome grille on the case front. It looked like a vanity tag, his kids loved it.

Stay away from power supplies bundled with cases. Most of the time they are terrible.

for power supplies I would recommend one of the following brands:
Enermax
Antec
Sparkle
PC Power & Cooling
Forton
Silver stone
OCZ

Never cheap out on a PSU. One of the most important parts in any system.
Also wattage doesn't mean a thing. Plenty of companies dump extra wattage onto rails that aren't important in a modern rig just to get a higher number. Don't be convinced by the bling that some cheaper power supplies have either. Check out http://www.slcentral.com and http://www.hardforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=93 .
SL actually has proper test equipment unlike a lot of reviewers. The site I linked to is full of bright guys with the PSU forum admin as well as a few members having access to quality equipment.
