If you go with the 6600GT you'll be happy. You may also consider a 6800 vanilla 128MB DDR too though.

        eVGA 128-A8-N343-AX Geforce 6800 128MB 256-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X Video Card - Retail

At $189, kinda difficult to beat. Slightly better performance than a stock 6600GT. Even better performance if you can unlock the extra pipes with RivaTuner to make it a full 16 pipe version like the 6800GT (*minus the Memory size/spead). :)

Don't think the X800XL can match that price at the moment, though that is a fine card as well. :)

Yo, first off, look at my sig, i got a X800XL, not a X800, i'm recoommending a X800 because it's pretty good for 200 bucks, either that or a vanilla 6800, because they are neck-neck in almost all games(not doom 3). Anyways, i run everything on high with my X800XL, with 6xAA, and i get about 30-60fps depending on the situation. and no, i don't have no screenshots, i'm on vacation in china, i don't got no laptop which means no BF2

EDIT: BF2JOE, he has an AGP slot, his comp isn't that new, so that means no 512mb X800XL, but the X800XL 256mb is still available, as well as 6800, 6600GT, and X800 for a bit higher price.

Go for the 6600GT. Best bang for the buck right now. It clocks in just under the X800Pro in most benchmarks and is $40 less.
