Is there a good tower I can buy for like 300$? I have a good video card and sound card. I just want a better CPU and RAM speed. Anynone know if FRYs offers anything good?

Buy a bundle. You usually get bundles of Motherboard, RAM and CPU then buy a case.

No, you'll need to spend atleast around 450-550 for even a decent setup. By decent I mean atleast my specs, which aren't that high end. 150 proc. 150 mobo 100-175 Mem.
