ok so self building is out of the option, $1000 dollars aint gonna get u much performance wise

But never the less i see your basedin the UK by your name i recommend going for a company called EVESHAM, there cheaper than alienware and are better and come with 3 year warrenties as standard. www.evesham.com, I know this as i did work exsperence with them and is working during the summer for them.

also check out www.aria.co.uk i use them to build pc's and they have a build your own section where you pick the stuff and they put it together and deliver it to you. so when you pick all the great bits you want and then find out its over your budget you can go back and swap things around to get your price spot on. :-)

Try www.novatech.co.uk, they do great deals on mainboard bundles. U only need graphics after that and u can get a decent card 4 £30-£40.

Just use ur old case and HDD

lmao decent graphics card for £30-£40 rofl. 6800GT is a decent card and its £220. Obviously I should have spent just £40...

theres nothing decent about a card for £40 -£50 lol - the lowest card id even think about getting would of been an ati 9800 pro and there currently down to around £80 - £90. saying that i upgraded my pc from that to a 6800gt and thats been replaced now :-)
