this settings are very bad maximum perfomance is low or very laggy medium
what you need for good perfomance is at lest 1Gb memory and 256Mb video card

Argh, don't get that hard drive, 2MB cache is pathetic, you'll want atleast 8MB, 16 is best.

Because for non gaming use (which is waht most PCs are sold for) less that 1 gig is perfectly acceptable.

ram is good, when i had bf2 with 512 i ran it on low then when i upgraded to 1 gig i was playing it on high
