Just becuase you have the same processor as some other people that have the problem doesnt mean thats causing it....people these days.

lol its not the 64 bit processors, cause my roomates and my friend we all have 63 bit processors and we dont crash. It probably bad memory if your getting memory errors.

I get the same hard crash that you get, and I've got the AMD 64 3500+. I don't think its the proc, but more likely the drivers, chipset or game itself conflicting with something.

Are you running Ventrilo, that has been crashing as well (what hasn't crashed since BF2 came out, lol?) and causing HUD corruption in the game when it does go, meaning I have to restart the system and/or game to correct.
