Don't go AMD. Get Intel Core2Duo based set like E6750 or Q6600.

^Seconded, the AMDs don't give anywhere near the same performance in the high end price range for gaming.

The RAM is also overkill, you're far better off getting 4GB of DDR2-800 or DDR2-667. (667 if your not overclocking)

8800GTX is a great card obviously but depending on when your planing on buying this system, it may be worthwhile waiting for the 9800GTX which is supposed to come out early-mid November

Watercooling - unneccasary if your running on stock speeds, especialy for an intel platform. If you do get the "THERMALTAKE Big Water Cooling Kit", im assuming that has a cpu water block, therefore theres no need for the ZALMAN CNPS9500.

Only thing missing is an OS, but aslong as you've got an old RETAIL copy, you can re-use you're old one

Yeah I have a question? Why do you have a liquid cooling system and a CPU heat sink? Not to mention pre-built LCS are normally crap. Stick with the Zalman.

Also why do you need a 1000w PSU? You are only running a single GTX... no need for that much power. And go for a better motherboard while your at it.

Oh, and Intel is the way to go with Dual Cores. A E6850 or E6750 would be much better.
