Cursor freeze on first kit selection?

Folks, anyone else getting past the map loading on to the kit selection screen and getting a frozen cursor?

Check your game controls, the mouse controls may have gotten removed or changed. Switch to default if that is the case.

this happened to me with bf2, delete your battlefield folder in My computer ---> my documents it worked for me
